Order Confirmation & Shipment:
As soon as the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this point we have received your order , we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Order processing time is 1 business day.
After order processing, the parcel is dispatched and due to arrive at your address within 5-10 business days. Additional 5 business days for regional and WA customers. On the other hand Sydney metro deliveries usually arrives the next day of dispatch. Special instructions will be given for bulky items such as large mirrors and mirrored drawer chests and checking is needed upon delivery.
For other smaller items deliveries can be done according to customers requirements. In case you need to check the estimated arrival date for your item please refer to the tracking number provided.
FREE Returns – Peace of Mind
Buying a mirror online is fantastically convenient, but if you are not happy with your purchase we will offer best possible, risk-free service that we can. In the unlikely event of damage we will organise the return for you at NO COST to you. Kindly notify us within 24 hrs of delivery, and that the mirror is put back into its original packaging and resealed. Of course we accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, but these would need to be returned to us at your own cost.
Easy Mirror Returns:
For mirrors, should you change your mind then you have the option to return the item within 7 days of having received it. You can choose for a store credit or a refund. The item must be in the same condition when it was received, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To apply for returns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will organise the pick up from you its simple as that. As soon as the mirror is received intact the credit will be applied to the card/paypal account you used during purchase.

- Items on SALE or marked as ‘For Clearance’.
- Mirrored furniture.
If your item is damaged in transit please email us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving a damaged item. Kindly inspect the packaging on arrival, and if you notice any damage please make a note when signing for delivery. If the item arrive damaged, please send photos of each item and packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days. Please don’t throw away the packing of the mirror so that it can be reused for return.
